My Feet led me this way

My Feet led me this way

A Poem by luvvinblue

I was dragged in a mountainous steep
where the cross shudder their sublime voice
The roads are dark, full of void
to be lost and to be found, I pray
My feet led me this way

I had the torch which Father gave me
It was given to everyone
Meant to find your way on the storm
Not to be lost and follow other's back
Gruesome. Patching the bruises
lashes and cuts disheveled
Cause I was lost, my feet led me this way

Wind was summoned, eerie echo
Like a voice strangling my breath
Yet the bloody torch sturdy still
Saw my twin resting upon the river's radiance
Moon brought empath on it's light
To a darkness where my feet dragged me
Meant to put me out

The night mumble is spooky tales
thus crashes tears on tears
Woods defy, eating me away
For a second, where my feet dragged me

My torch flamed bright,
neon orange light
Starred like a lone star on  the deep
Unknown was told, obscure silence
Yet hope stood still,
where the torch will lead me
