That Day

That Day

A Poem by luvvinblue
"

Time won't stop for anyone, even for you. When it's time, it's time..

"
Her voice still lingers in the air
Like a symphony of music from a distant
Like a memory passing swiftly and mellow
While her heart paused for chant

The pain that she holds cast the smile
still possess the beauty while she lie
The rest left to go, last to cry
till' she left, roaming for a while

Her warmth, still I remember
That day won't pass little easier
Like a broken memoir, it was mother
Made that day her very last slumber

No bids of goodbye, no words to hold
Just left with memories, more precious than gold
It was her last page that she fold
She had this life, lasted while she's old

I once prayed every night
To see her in my dreams in sight
But she never did and it was right
Cause she'll see me someday with the light.
