Big Stump, Little StumpA Story by Tiff-AH!-kneeKind of a Comedy. I don't usually write comedies I just think it was a good experience; how things used to be you know?I can't recall what made us act the way we did. Wether it was the atmosphere, or the company, I couldn't tell. When Taylor and I had arrived at the wet baseball field that day, I had no idea what to expect. "We're watching a game in the rain?" "I guess, we don't have a ride to go anywhere else." So we sat, and we watched, and we watched, and we watched, and then Alex and Emily showed up. That's when the fun began. Having nothing to do, and being the best of friends, we decided to walk to through the woods. Myself, being a nerd, decided it would be fun to jump on the tree stumps. The wet tree stumps. I stepped on one. "I jump on big stumps," then as I went to jump to the next one, I began to say "I jump on little-" but then I fell. I flew right off the stump, landing on my backside. All was silent for a moment, then we engaged in thunderous laughter. As time passed, Alex and Taylor decided to go ask their parents the time. Emily and I, having known them our whole lives, knew how to freak them out. The woods flew by as we ran to the entrance of the trail. "Naked man!" We shouted. "Naked man!" The woods was secluded from the field, so no one playing, or watching the game, would've been able to hear us. but Alex and Taylor, on their way back to the woods, did. Alex then asked "What do you mean there's a naked man?" We all know how blonde Alex is. "In the woods!" I said. "He chased us!" "And he's naked!" Emily added. "Come on!" Emily and I ran back tot where the "naked man" had been, supposedly. Taylor said "Maybe we should get back to back so we're covering all angles." "Good idea." I agreed. I faced towards the deepest part of the woods. We stood, silent. "Do you see him anywhere?" Emily asked. "Uh... no." Taylor said, "I swear to god, if you guys-" I had a pretty good idea of what she was going to say, 'if you guys are messing with us' but i cut her off. "There he is, run!" I yelled. Alex screamed at the top of her lungs, and her and Taylor ran for their lives. Emily and I almost peed ourselves. I was rolling on the ground laughing, literally. I guess that's just what happens when you put four teenage girls together in the woods on a Saturday :)
