A Poem by Tiff-AH!-knee

Moonstruck

Aesthetically pleasing in every way,
your personality lights up a room.
From a mile away, I feel your glow.
And even in my sleep, I see your perfect face.
Kisses like morphine,
and hands like feathers,
I'm lost in a stupor before you can breath the three words
I've wanted to hear for so long.
Your simple gestures weaken my knees,
and your blue eyes drown me.
How was I so lucky as to find you?

Love the line "kisses like morphine". There's a song that says "lips like morphine". Great figurative language used too.

Very well written and it flows wonderfully. It is really beautiful. I especially love the lines:
"Kisses like morphine,
and hands like feathers,"
I also really like the title. Nicely done. Thanks for sharing.
