your own canvas

your own canvas

A Poem by Jennifer Welker

Smell the sweetly scented depth where the seeds took root,
Secured in the leather bound embrace
That promises, always, to invite you inside.
What a joy, to be lost in your own canvas of words!
What a rush, to feel the pen glide accross a once barren page!
What an amazing process, to be invited home, by your own words!
Getting lost in a story that you have never heard
Then found by the story you've held in your heart since the day you were born.

Enjoy random words in yor own order
And get lost in your canvas.

I get it, it reminds me of the quote, "change what you think, and you change the world'.....we are fortunate to be able to create our own tomorrows, and live happily in the moment
