Exchange of Madness

Exchange of Madness

A Poem by Jennifer Welker

I HEART YOU

i want to cuddle

COME OVER TO MY PLACE

i don't have a car.

SHE SAYS BE CAREFUL WITH MY SKIN...IT'S WHERE MY SOUL BEGINS...

what do you mean?

maybe so but you're IN mine.

who said i wanted it, i just saie i wanted to cuddle.

it pricks for an instant when euphoria begins.

:-D

whatever

*GASP*

*smirks over shoulder*

:-x

i don't know smiley definitions so don't know what you mean...little help?

BLUSHING...I DON'T KNOW WHY PEOPLE PAY ATTENTION TO ME...BUT IT MAKES ME BLUSH WHEN THEY DO

i kind of want you. is that bad?

YEA.

ok. then i don't.

I CARE ABOUT YOU...IN THE SHORT TIME I HAVE KNOWN YOU I FEEL A REAL CONNECTION...I KNOW I AM FAR TOO JADED TO EVER LET MYSELF GO...FRAGILE CREATURES SHOULD...NEVER...INTERTWINE...

shut up. i'm older and wiser. don't deny me validation. don't deny me acceptance. don't deny me the sting from the needle that fills my veins with life.

the syringe is filled with YOUR madness.

I AM DONE SPREADING THIS SADNESS...

too late.

you can do nothing to me i haven't already done to myself...you should be concerned more for yourself and the devastation i'm capable of.
