De-Ja-Vu

De-Ja-Vu

A Poem by Lunar Lightning

She falls so quickly

Taking three simple words so seriously

Setting herself up for a shattered heart

So here I stand

Ready to pick up the peices

Standing beside her through it all

Holding her as she cries

It happens over and over

Fall

Crash

Shatter

Tears

De-ja-vu

I really like how simple this one was, like it's not a long poem but it tells a whole story. Nice.
