Three Seconds

Three Seconds

Three Seconds

I hover in dead space, nothing around but a speck of nothingness. I know it will happen soon, the moment were all moments begin. I check my force field and put on my ultra-protective glasses and just wait. I start to see something after sometime, a light had just appeared. In less than a second a giant explosion came from that tiny speck. The area around me was radiant with the blast.  My pod flew with the wave of fire and fury; I lost consciousness after three seconds.

     ***

I knew the risks, but I was willing. It was a chance to see the universe begin, I couldn’t pass that up. So I went through rigorous training, beat all odds. Just to be sent back to the very beginning, I thought my way of understanding would change with the blast. With technology and science at its ultimate high it was the last thing to do. So, I Zara Erin would be the first person to see creation, and then die. I said goodbye to everyone, they called it madness, and I called it science. But in the end the Big Bang was worth it, even though I only lasted for three seconds.

its science alright. maybe the you could of try to invent something and study it to help you survive more than 3 mere second during the big bang and than die. what would you get out of 3 mere second? what mark did your teacher give you?
