Plea from a WolfA Poem by SophieMother Nature, brew me a thunderstorm in your cauldron made of blue porcelain sky Mother Nature, brew me a thunderstorm Bring in the darkness and expel the light
Make the wind howl and the thunder growl a low rumble in the monster's throat Command Zeus' thunderbolt to flash across the black-clouded sky in a branch, a whip of white.
The rain will fall in torrents and floods, the sky's sadness flowing from deep within. Demand cries from the wind! Demand him to swirl and lift. Please, Mother, just sift through your ingredients, give birth to a storm
The wolf's howl is drowned by the thunder, the growls of his fallen brothers. Lightning shall explode from the grey wolf's fur his courage being heard. As he lifts his head to you, dear Mother his plea matches mine make a storm and free the spirits of ours.
Please, Mother Nature, brew me a storm don't ignore this plea from your child, Wolf Please, create a storm, clear the skies of any bird and listen to my words.
With this incantation I chant to you, please heed my words and listen to your creatures of the world. © 2012 SophieAuthor's Note
