more brain thoughts :P

We desire things.

We covet them.

Beg for them.

But when have we begged for

water? Clean clothes?

When will we learn to desire

the things we require?

Maybe if we focused on things we need,

instead of the things we want out of greed,

we'd be better off.

Maybe we'd thrive

maybe we would be healthy

maybe there would be no more

laziness or obesity.

Would the world be perfect

if we had what we needed?

Maybe the world would be better

if we pleaded

for the things

that are necessary,

and the things we wanted

were secondary.
