Dresses of LifeA Poem by SophieUgh, title suggestions? The Earth
in her dress of folding, ruffling seas And velvet grass And coarse, cottony sand It swishes and folds While she Dances with the sun, dressed in gold, and her child the moon dressed in a white suit She smiles at her courtier He holds her close emanating warmth. On her dress sprouts a rose To her amazement while she and her lover spin The miracle of life appears growing on her dress created by the sun's love As they continue to twirl in their endless dance Life forms on her dress © 2012 SophieAuthor's Note
