Knowledge

A Poem by Sophie
"

just my brain thinking stuff again...

"

What gives us the right?

The right to rule?

Why do we know things

that animals can't dream of?

Why aren't fish the most dominant species?

Or dogs teaching us tricks?

What made our minds

evolve into ominous mysteries?

A cat can't comprehend

what made the toys it plays with

it barely knows,

that a purple mouse doesn't exist

Now, you agree with all this,

you know that fish don't understand us

but it's a lot different

when you say I can't love.

Its a good start, but not all readers can comprehend the message here. The brain often throws out a rambling jumbled up mess of words. It's our job as writers to replace those words with better ones=), change your diction a little and you'll get more intensity out of it. But it is very good=) good theme
