Remember Me

wrote this in algebra after months of not writing a decent poem. it felt so good

Remember me even when I'm gone

remember me to the tune of every song

remember me like the clouds in the sky

remember me like everything that has an unanswered 'why?'

Remember me like the wolves' mournful scream

remember me like the sunset on the sea

remember me like your name on the wind

remember me like you'll never remember again

And after it all,

once I'm gone,

remember me as if I was the rain

and love me as you'll never forget pain.
