Gloria

Gloria

A Poem by Maria Morisot

Zeal for The Lord
overtook me,
but oh, my zeal

For The Immaculate
Conception!

I’ve conquered death,
in the drab,
unending oceans
of demonic powers;

If only to protect,
her holy name. I’ve
suffered endless deaths;
and I will suffer more,

If only that her glory
will be magnified,
by my works. She is
The Drop of The Sea;

Who takes pleasure,
in my pain. She is
The White Lily of
the Ever-Peaceful,
and Glorious Trinity!
