fatness

many people feel this feeling a lot of times

it stares at you when you look at yourself

it laughs at you when you want to wear this outfit

but just like it was easily gained

 it could be easily lost with strength and perseverance

because either you  are happy with it or your not.

 fact is just accept who you are and what you are and you will live a happy life:)
