Truth Is Stranger Than Fiction

Truth Is Stranger Than Fiction

A Poem by luciddreamer
"

Watching my sons and daughters come together, when one was going through a bit of a rough time, it just brought tears to my eyes...and it made me realize my job here is done, sort of :)

"

Picking up each other when the other's down

accepting the nerve wrecking as well as the pleasure

having enough faith that all will be well

if we all, each one  just do our share

this is family.....

Opening your mouth when you should

keeping it shut so to not be misunderstood

staying true to yourself, not the clone next door

accepting your fate like you knew you always would

this is reality....

No longer caring what others think

the light came through, bright and pink

no longer singing that ole sad song

seeing a brighter future,

it matters not for how long

this is purpose....
