Imperfectly Perfect

Inspired by "F*****g Perfect" from Pink....

All my life I been looking for the perfect path

While dressing the wrong way or saying the wrong thing

why?

All my days are filled with fear

while my nights are filled with blood from my sword

strange?

Feeling anger rise so I beat myself via another

while I pray to a merciless God

who cares?

Taking lucid trips within, cleaning house

reprogramming the contaminated

growing?

Licking my lips realizing my script

is already in play..

becomming ???

I am imperfectly perfect

Like much of PinkFloyd's music, this poem is a product of the contemplation of living in what is best described as complete madness, human civilization.
Always something new in Robin's subjects, rhythms, and vocabulary.
Hallmark probably won't be interested in this one either....lol...
