In my 30's

In my 30's

A Chapter by luciddreamer
"

My oldest daughter is in her 30's and it is like looking in the mirror sometimes...

"

Getting children up and dressed

frosted flakes, signing school papers

putting on makeup for work, warm the car

drop kids off at school, drive to work, (god forbid a sick child)

work for a jerk for eight hours

pick kids up from school, do my errands

help with homework, cook some supper

get kids baths done, put everyone to bed

wash the clothes and the dishes

balance the checkbook, pay the bills

mop the floors, take a shower

to tired to even please myself

fall asleep, then the next morning

start all over

No children, but I can remember my mom doing this . . . add to that grading papers until 3 am. Nicely painted with your words.
