Dakota's Song

Dakota's Song

A Poem by luciddreamer
"

Dakota is my mischevious, beautiful 3 year old grandson :)

"

Dakota dear, can't you see

MeMaw's tired she needs her sleep

Your eyes are wide open as can be

While I lay down next to thee

Quietness fills the childs room

Drifting off I feel myself zoom

Flying over mountains, volcano's, and tree's

Enjoying my ride in the breeze

When suddenly I feel a viscous quake

Feeling my body begin to shake

Now I'm diving down toward the lake

Opening my eyes;  Dakota's still awake
