In hate i learn to live
In darkness it thought me to be stronger
In tears i found the strength

Then you ask why I’m cold so to your touch
I couldn’t tell you my dark feelings
Everything happens for reason you said

And that’s why we are together
What you didn’t know

The secret that i hold

Then you ask me to be your wife
Still I couldn’t let you in my heart
Till that one moonlight we dance
To the beat of drums

Then you ask me again to be your wife
With tears that fell i said you would not love me
If i told you my heart was numb
And i could not love you
Because of hate that grow in my heart

the conflict seems to be that you have a secret but he doesn't know you have one, and the second conflict is that you think if he finds out then he won't like you. so what to do? i'm way too honest and bold for most people but my suggestion would be to tell him it no matter how bad it is. if you think at all that he really likes you and wants to marry you then maybe he'll love you even more for the pain you've gone through and want to be there for you that much more. but if he's just some guy, then save the secret for the guy you're meant to be with :) that guy deserves your secret.
