It's talking about to pray when you seem like your world is crumbling apart.

When you're scared, alone, depressed, sad, and on the edge of ending your life. listen theres a God out there who will help you just say these words " Dear lord I come to you for your help. i know i have sinned and I come to you for forgiveness. I need you in my life. I can't do this on my own. I need you to watch out for me and teach me right from wrong. I'm admitting I'm a sinner. I believe Jesus paid the pentanlty.  I'm Confessing my sins. God I love you and I know you'll be there for me" I know sometimes it seems like God isn't there but he is. so when you're down in the dump always remeber that God will always be there for you :)
