Will I ever be able to forgive you?
What you did hurt me.
Why would you hurt someone you love?
Do I mean something to you,
Or is she a bigger part of your life?

I loved you,
But now I'm not so sure.
You broke my heart.
How can I forgive you?
You can never make up for what you did.

You stole a chunk out of my heart.
It will never be replaced.
Sure, filled maybe,
But never fully healed.
If only I could make you walk around,
With a big red "A" stitched in your clothing,
To show the world, just what you have done.

Second line: 'What you did hurt me' add a 'to' in between the 'did' and 'hurt'

It was interesting, I enjoy the idea and I feel the power of your emotions but they don't impact me as much as they should. Hm...Very nice, however.

Hah!!! I LOVE the ending, "..a big red "A" stitched to your clothing," this is great!!

I won't lie the poem seems a bit typical, but I especially loved the ending. I was expecting "a big red "A" written on your forehead" or something of that sort, I loved how you changed it around. And I know exactly how that feels.

Often times, when someone hurts us...they can go on without guilt because no one knows just what they did. And that hurts us all over.

This is a very well written piece, the descriptions of pain and distress are right on point, they make the reader's heart hurt a bit for the writer.

I found this painfully, beautiful and I loved every word of it :)
