You would know that I'm sympathetic for everyone,

You would know that I feel like my sister is better than me,

You would know that I feel like I need to be better,

You would know that I'm hurting inside,

You would know that I lost my best friend,

You would know that I used to hate myself.

You would know all of these things,

If you really knew me...

If I really knew you...

What would I know?

My god this is a good piece and i could relate to it 'cause all what you said are nearly like my situation specially about the sister and the best friend thing , wow i never thought that there will someone in the world that feels like me , well done i loved this one

Lol I actually felt like saying YAY at the end there because I was happy that the ending was sooo good! This was a great poem! I love it :-)

I love the repetition in this piece. The last two lines really end the poem nicely. This was a great write.
