Chapter 12 - It all comes out

After I explained everything, John's face was white as a ghost.

“S**t”, said John after a moments hesitation.

“Sorry to frighten you mate”, said Sirius.

“It's alright, hey Fe, he's hot”, said John.

“Don't even go there”, I said.

“Hey, who was I having a go at earlier before John?” asked Sirius.

“He's David Tennant & he is going out with my best mate Ceri”, I said.

“But why were you having a go at him?” he said. 

“Long story”, I lied, I wasn't going to tell him that I shagged him was I?

“OK”, he said.

“Right, I'm heading off”, I said.

“Right-yo darling”, John walked up to me and gave me a hug. “See you later love”, he said.

“Will do”, I said walking out of John's flat with Sirius.


Just then we saw Jess, walking towards us, smiling away.

“Good night?” I asked.

“Hell yeah”, she said laughing.

“Well, lets go to our flat”, I suggested

“OK”, she said.


We all arrived at the flat to discover that the flat was completely empty.

“Oh yeah, I forgot, Ceri is working 'til 5”, I said.

“What does this Ceri do?” asked Sirius.

“Hairdresser, amazing one to be in fact”, I said smiling.


5 O Clock came and we heard a key coming through the door.

“Hey Cez”, I said from the kitchen.

“Hey, how is everything?” said Ceri, only to glance at Sirius sitting on the sofa.

“Ceri, this is Sirius, the one I told you about”, I said.

“Oh yeah”, said Ceri putting her handbag on the table.

“Oh, so you're the famous Ceri, that Fiona keeps telling me about?” said Sirius.

“Seems so”, she said smiling. “Right, I'm going out around 7”,

“Why?” Jess said.

“Well, I'm going out with Katie and Becky,my cousins”, she said.

“Is David going with you?” I asked, not wanting to hear that swines name.

“Nope, just, Katie, Becky and I”, she said.

It's a bit talky. It needs a bit of fleshing out in my opinion since the events happen a bit too quickly. We go from John to Ceri's house with practically nothing in between. This is the bare bones of a chapter, just add a bit more events, spread out the convrsation and you should have plenty of writing to do. I'm not sure how you could flesh it out, since it's your story
