Wall Of Pain

About how after so much pain due to love, you build up a wall and have a hard time letting love in again.

Betrayal,
Cheat,
Death,
Disappointment,
All have built a wall...

A wall of pain
That surrounds my heart,
Trust Comes knocking
But I don't dare open the door.

Not sure if anything can tear it down,
Too much pain left in the past,
Not sure if i can take much more,
It grows weaker and more tired,
Everytime someone stabs it.

So I'm sitting here with a smile,
Tyring to survive,
The black storm that looms over my head,
Waiting for someone to hear my scream,
And make it all okay.
