Frusteration Towards The Parents.

This is happening at this very moment , so I thought I should write a poem about it . haha

You never let me out !

You don't let me go to parties

Or throw parties !

You don't let me have boys in my room .

you never let boys in for that matter !

 

When is it going to get through,

I'm not your little girl ?

 

I'm fifteen for crying out loud !

 

Don't get me wrong,

I do love you.

But sometimes I do have my doubts.

And think,

 

Why should I love people like this ?!

 

Let me loose of your death grip.

 

Is it because you don't trust me ?

Is it because you don't want me to leave you ?

 

Please tell me,

I want and need to understand why.
