A Pep Talk

A Pep Talk

This is also further explained in my "Quotes and Things" blog post. Hope you enjoy it and get inspired to write your own pep talks down!

"

Your bridges have been burned and your hands oddly smell of gasoline and toasted matches.

You look at the wreckage, strewn across the road. You tell yourself that it can never be cleaned.

Never be transformed.

Never be fixed.

And yet, when you open your eyes,

You finally realize:

Destruction in itself is an art form.

New ideas, new methods, new meanings.

If the opposite of war is creation, then what can come out of destruction?

Take a look in the mirror; look at yourself.

Your hands, your face, your soul has been charred, yes.

But out of that must come something greater.

Something better.

You are not a ball of fire, destroying everything it touches.

You are a star.
