Harmonise

A Poem by G. Lova
"

This poem celebrates the beauty of contrasts in love, portraying two individuals who are vastly different yet perfectly complement one another.

"
She loved the soft strings, the sweet, uplifting rhyme,
He craved roaring riffs, raw truth craved in time.
A Taylor Swift chorus framed her embrace,
A Corey Taylor lyric pulsing his courage.

He's the midnight sky and she's a star,
A perfect balance between us, what a pair.
He's long hair, black t-shirt,
She's ribbon hair, white skirt.

Through the contrast they blossomed, their hearts intertwined,
A love unexpected, yet perfectly aligned.
They taught each other, they grew side by side,
Through light and dark, their love never died.

Opposites attract, right? Very cool. Like my wife and me. She loves country and The Carpenters. I love Zeppelin and Rush. Obviously a big age difference over you, but same drift. Well done.
