I can hear it. Thump-thump-thump. Getting noisier with each passing day. It's in the walls of this small, white walled room that they have quietly slipped me into. There's nothing here to see- to the normal eye- a white chair, a white table, a white bed with white sheets. But, if you look beyond the whiteness, you'll see the darkness. There is a door in the far corner opposite the white table. It stand alone. So far, it has not been opened. I don't dare touch it. Not even walk close to that side of the room. I don't want to be sucked into that door. Because, no one knows what stands behind it or what it opens up into. Nothingness. Emptiness. Blackness. What Happens if it opens to that? I'd lose what they
