I like how this is written; it's kind of a stream of consciousness, and kind of like you're talking directly to a particular person...maybe even the reader, which is nice.
Like you say, there are quite a few spelling mistakes.

You've captured the negative aspects of life very well, and even a spark of optimism here and there - "luckly I have some music that I can sing and scream along to". Your narrator is an interesting person in a bleak and desperate situation. I really empathised with them.
