Alone but maybe not lonely

When he leaves and you find you can breath

I stretch out my fingers and feel the space

The emptiness you left in your place

My heart has a hole that no boy can fill

That cannot be drowned by a little pill

But look at it this way

Now I can breathe

I guess a part of me

Has been wanting you too leave

I taste the sorrow bittersweet

But now I can stand on my on two feet
