Meaningful Senyru… my take is that men’ pride lacks good sense, I guess good judgement too, while women are definitely superior in this sense.they have the ultimate judgement. Maybe that’s why they are attracted to each other…men’s self esteem seems to be more fragile than women’s. Your words speak the truth and each one is so relevant and important.

Thanks Betty your thoughts are spot on. As a child back in the 70s and early 80s I often wondered why we named powerful storms by female names, or our cars female, or referred to nature as she. And yet the greatest creator in mankind's mind is a He. Women give life to men, nurture them, and love them. Sounds like God is more a woman than a man to me. In the vastness of her universe we are in awe of her beauty. Thank you again B.

Nature can be soft and gentle and all powerful. We humans are insignificant in the overall picture. Nature can eat us alive if she so chooses. Hi Chris I am doing well and I hope everything is going wonderfully with you. Men like to believe we are the center of the universe but we all know that's not true at all. Women reflect nature because through them life exists, all we can do as men is make a mess. There is a reason she's called Mother Nature. I so enjoyed writing this work because it's a reminder of all the strong Women I have ever known in my life and who have influenced my writing. Man's folly is not realising that all the littlest things that make up a life were based on a folly to begin with, and that's me speaking as one of those man type thing's to begin with.
We, and by we I mean me, seem to think that life is a battle we must win and own and it is only when life begins to slow down that we see that we are so far from where we should be, because we were taught to learn others mistakes.
Nature must see us like a dog sees fleas, an irritant to be scratched, and she will have the last laugh.
An excellent example of short form poetry, that says much more for being so concise.

I have no doubt that is happening. We are at 90 degrees up in nor calif. We are in flames near these parts and all that smoke is probably heading east where it will mix with the weather over there. I just hope my town doesn't burn to the ground like the one 90 miles to the east did a couple years back. These are crazy times my friend.
