There was a girl so crowned with lore

This girl, a girl you’ve known before:

She ate more out of nervousness than she did hunger

After battle she slept while others plundered

If nod-offs were her common flaws

She stayed awake for time to pause

 

Bound to shades of off-white colour

She stifled signs of Cartesian other

Callous mornings come to pass

But never stay, none that last

There is a girl you’ve never warned

This girl, comes through but never fore
