Flowers

Flowers

A Poem by c l e v e r

                   beautiful, bones, chest, cool
When I'm sad I think of the many luminous flowers.
When I'm happy, it's when i'm near flowers alone.
When I'm angry, I kick the flowers in the air
When I'm forgiving, I plant more flowers.

When someone ignores me, A piece me disappears.
When I'm sick, I watch cartoons.
When something planned goes wrong, I do things that are wrong,
When they apologize, " What party, there wasn't a party. "

And when the flowers are planted, I watch.
Awaiting it's growth.
When the bud appears, then petals, then nothing.
And I accept what happens over time, again, and again.

No matter how slowly they fell.
