Whisk Me Away

Whisk Me Away

A Poem by S. Waldo
"

I'm supposed to be working on homework but this popped out of my head instead :) Enjoy reading about my love of the beach

"
Whisk me away to that place beyond the shore

Where palm trees wave high in the sky

Where the scent of coconuts fills the air

Where the suns rays beat down upon that white white sand that sifts between my toes.

Whisk me away to that paradise island

The one where the dolphins dance

Where the seagulls sing

And where the sails of a boat flap in the wind.

Whisk me away to that place beyond the shore and leave me there.
