 BEFORE I LAY ME DOWN TO SLEEP..

 

Sleep hope It finds me, at least that's what I tell myself. I close my eyes and all pours In.

Felt unsure, doubted much and even thought (what If It's me)?

These were my fears before I lay me down to sleep.

I felt reassured, loved more than ever In my life and love I never want to lose,

I saw my future In his words, In his voice I felt protected and In my heart and mind he made It so I was no longer confused.

Debating, feuds, In loves arguments and out of character- LOVE still refused!

We were meant to be, my other half, my soul mate, star crossed lovers? call It what you may but for me no one word can diffuse.

His feelings laid within me and his spoken emotions will never elude.

I love this man, I love this man with every breath I had since birth to my last breath I hope takes forever and ever after to come,

I want every night In his arms and every morning awaken with him by the sun.

He said he's In love with me! Majorly! crazily! 

And the way he expressed to me tonight- that was gods way, gods sign of showing me no more (MAYBE) he was made for me!!

It hurts to think he's not mine right down to the aches of some one taking my place,

Not knowing what death feels like but I'm sure It's next to being replaced!

Deep! I know but nothing less for the way I feel about him,

I know life Is a gift but It's more a blessing with him.

I hold all he said to me, Like a candle lit moon deep within a perfect dream.

And I thank all above for past heart breaks because without that, he couldn't be with me.

I make love to him every day through conversation and every night through what we mean,

And tonight I  send my love to him BEFORE I LAY ME DOWN TO SLEEP.

Sounds less broken this way, less like a run-on sentence. Otherwise this was an enjoyable read. Written with heart and soul. :)
