When we could run around without a care in the world?

When the people who won were just as good as the ones who lost?

Remember when we were young and love was love?

When popularity and class weren't a thing?

When my happiness and your happiness happened because life was good?

Remember when we were young and could be anything we wanted?

When being cool was the same as being nice?

When everyone was okay with who they were?

Remember when we were young and there were no beauty standards?

When there was no ugly?

When everyone was beautiful in their own little way?

When there was no suicide? 

When there was no pressure to be the best because everyone was the best in the eyes of many?

Remember when we were young and our biggest fear was the monster under our bed?

When we didn't worry about was lurking around the corner?

When we didn't have to think about the possibility of our drink being drugged or being raped?
