yet so complex.

Two people love one another so much that,

for maybe even just a few seconds,

they stop breathing.

They hold each other’s life in their hands.

They linger,

hoping it won’t stop.

This feeling of passion,

of power,

of love,

that holds two people together.

Yet it is just a kiss.
