A Poem by oscar

This disappointment resonates so hard

This echo forever reverberating

Restablishment of believing

Who are you lying to?

Picking apart armor against false hope

You're almost there

Just a few more steps

Who are you lying to?

Just get away from me

You nameless being flee quickly

For I am too tired to bear this burden anymore

Who are you lying to?

A pleading gasp against all endeavors

Your whispers misguide and consume

I've built your parts for far too long

Who are you lying to?

Excuses, and sloth

We are all so guilty

That mirror holds the true response

Who are you lying to?
