Defenses Fall

Defenses Fall

A Poem by Lloyd

Defenses fall with
Just one glance
And again I’m weak.
Those memories,
Those nights,
Make me quiver,
But desire alone
Leaves the soul quite cold.
So No to all your advances
And perhaps one day
You’ll need more;
Still we the
Fools never prosper…
