Depression

Depression

A Poem by Laura Lynn Close

depression is a dark cloud
evening feels like a shroud
play a little risk and see
right is the way as sure
is free, and true is happy
miles have been crossed
igloos are beautiful
eggs go bad quickly
righteousness a myth
then depression vanishes...

Feels like a dance to dispel depression. Lovely flow and rhyme."Eggs go bad quickly"- no doubt! Hope the poetic dance wins and the shroud vanishes!
