Filling the Gaps

Filling the Gaps

A Poem by Indigo Ribbon

I wondered what a boy's hand would feel like

on my cheek at 4 in the morning

I guess the liquor got to your head

and the dreams of ending this loneliness

clouded mine

This wasn't what I thought it would be

Gentle, warm, yea, but

I still feel so f*****g

alone
