Glimpse

A Story by Leo
"

She knew this sunset so well.

"
She knew this sunset so well.
She liked its bold rays weaving long shadows into the grounds, its gentle touch of escaping summerly warmth on her cheeks, soothing whispers of its light breeze playing with a strand of her hair. She smiled.
Its perfect, she thought.
You are perfect, he smiled back, watching her enjoying this evening so much, eyes closed, letting the setting sun to embrace them both, as he would pull her in even closer.
Or so he would have, were he there with her now, she thought, carried away into a glimpse of a dreamy past.
