Slipping

Slipping

A Poem by Jesus & Gypsy Soul

Slipping
It’s all slipping away
Through fingers and cracks and the inbetween place
Pray grace
She needs to be saved
Suffocated like cellophane stretched over the face
of the girl lost somewhere between time and space
Her peace washed out by the storm; vanished, erased
Eradicate- The torment - The pain
She just wants to f*****g feel whole once again
But it’s no longer an option when there’s no room for amends
Alone in her sorrow, alone in her sin
Alone with her grief, alone til the end.
