Planted to Grow

You are the only one I need.

You lift me out of darkness and despair.

You walk with me, you're always there.

You never turn away from me,

You're always there to comfort me.

You've made me into a work of art,

with a strong spirit and a loving heart.

Everytime I turn away from you,

you recall my heart and make it new.

There is nothing that I could have done,

for you to turn your back and run.

You make me whole, fresh and pure.

Lord, bless me with a heart like yours.

No one else can fill these voids,

that were created when I was destroyed.

You are the only one I'll ever need.

Lord, let me be a mustard seed.

Plant me, watch me blossom tall.

I want to spread your nourishment to all.
