The blonde reality TV starlet - who joined the cast of the show for the current series - attended Eve Appeal celebrity fundraising party with her sibling in at Claridge's Hotel in London on Monday night and the duo showed off their very different styles. Lucy went for girly glamour in a pretty dress while her sister was more casual in skinny jeans and a blazer. Black heels and a white shirt completed Tiffany's outfit and she added to her no nonsense look with her blonde hair pulled back from her face in a high ponytail. Lucy, meanwhile, upped the feminine factor with bright lipstick and a small bag, while she also tied her hair back. 'Welcome to #MIC @Tiffany_W13 #sistasistaaaaa,' she announced on her Twitter account. Lucy's best friend Stephanie Pratt seemed particularity excited by the news. The blonde American retweeted her pal's followed by 'woooo!' alongside a couple of celebratory icons. Tiffany previously shied away from the public eye but show producers revealed a few details about the young reality star-in-the-making. According to show insiders, she is guilty of having the odd bicker with Lucy but is fiercely loyal to her famous sister, who she works with on her jewellery line. Her relationship status is currently single but any potential suitors will have to win over her big sister to stand a chance. Tiffany is not the only newbie to join the cast of Made In Chelsea. Lonan O’Herlihy, 25, and 24-year-old Will Colebrook have also joined the show. Will and Lonana are both described as previous university acquaintances of Alex Mytton, and unsurprisingly, also bother have an eye for the ladies. Season eight sees the whole MIC cast back in their glamorous London surroundings following their stint in New York, including Americans Stephanie and Alik Alfus - who is still dating Louise Thompson. Meanwhile, Lucy and Tiffany were joined by a host of stars at the Eve Appeal event. Michelle Heaton was also present to support the cause which is close to her heart, following her double mastectomy in 2012. She made the decision to have her breasts removed after discovering she carried the faulty BRAC2 gene, meaning that she has an 80 per cent chance of developing the deadly disease. The diagnosis also led to her most recent operation, a hysterectomy last month, as a preventative against ovarian cancer and Michelle recently revealed her latest health drama has proved to be tougher than she expected. Speaking to OK! magazine, she said: 'I’m in a lot of pain and I can’t hold my children, but I don’t have time to feel sorry for myself. 'I realise what I’ve done is for my husband and my children so that they’re never wifeless and motherless.' Despite the physical agony she's in, the mother-of-two - who is married to Irish businessman Hugh Hanley - admitted that the hardest part of the whole process is not being able to have any more children. She added: 'The big thing was getting my head around the fact I couldn’t have more children. 'When you come around and you’ve dealt with the fact you can’t have any more children, you’re not crying over that any more because I’m not one for regrets. 'Now it’s the realisation that more recovery is needed than I thought.' However, she appears to be well on the road to recover and looked stunning in a plunging wine coloured dress as she attended the charity bash on Monday.
