Freezing Inside

Freezing Inside

A Poem by Lizardo
"

Another poem, hope this one is good.

"
Freezing Ice, cold body
My feet can barely move my body

Stormy weather, hot tea
My mind is a burning sea

Snowflakes falling, old faces return
They may haunt me back in return

As the cold temperature makes me fall apart

Riddles in ice, Toys and Books
My mind is getting ready
For the storm that is yet to come

Freezing Brain, Cold emotions
I can barely move out of this notions

Walking thoughts, approaching storm
My soul knows what there is to come

As I put my head in pillows made of ice
The soothing sound of winter let's me rest

Freezing weather, Freezing stations
There is always sadness in one of the stations.

This one is maybe just random thoughts put together, but trust me, it has a big meaning hidden inside.

it's almost as if something happened years ago to the speaker, maybe as a child...and that still haunts him...the station, like a radio station is full of static memories...but is still tuned to them...and i hear the radio playing that same old song, as if it were playing in the snow...and no one was around---just echoes of yesterday.
