Those Days

Those days when the world is againts you...

When you get out of a fight

And everything you thought wasn't right

Crawling at the edge of the unknown

With the people calling the known 

You wait there, patiently 

Trying to move on, but you can't

As if the world was againts you

As if the universe was playing tricks on you

Tired, you can't move a step

It hurts so much that no one even cares

Your just a sillhouette Walking alone

Your thoughts are now on their own 

With this feeling of pain and sadness inside

It's like everything you fought came back down

Like the threw with a roar from heaven to hell  

If this isn't what I was hoping for

Then why do I keep on trying?

For something that hurts so much

Its my song

The song that I keep sining 'till the end

Its a story of everyone

Its a stage of life when you're on your own

When the real worlds attacks us

When we feel sad

But

We have people around us

Who are trying their best to help

Yet the pain never leaves

Or so It thought

When it finally vanishes

I have 

A new beginning of life 

Yet those days

Are the hardest  

Yet my heart

Keeps on pushing to get up 

And so I listen to it and move on

One defeat in the battle

but we'll win the war

Never ever say die. We Finns have a word called Sisu It means basically Tenacity Of Sprit!

Sisu describes the "tenacity of spirit" required for the epic hero, bard, and magician, Vainamoinen to gestate 700 years in the womb of his mother, Ilmatar, at the creation of the world, and the Finn's ability to withstand the Russians during the Winter War of 1939. So yes, this is a most powerful and cultural core to Finnish society, and valued from Finnish beginnings. And Lizardo, your poem hits square on in this quality.
