A smile is all you need

I simple breath

You see what an act of kindness can do? My daily goal is to make someone smile even if I feel down because a smile can make someones day go better. Do you know it requires more nerves and muscles to frown than it does to smile. Never stop smiling no matter how bleak it may seem it will uplift your spirit every time nice job
