Maybe it doesn't matter

But I'm standing right here

Trying to make my self see 

Maybe it doesn't matter

But I'm standing right here

I'm lost in my thoughts and can't seem to get out

I get lost in my doubts and to backwards I look

One again I've become lost

In my doubts 

While my heart is trying to break me free

Once again I've become lost

In the path were I was walking

Now how do I get back?

Maybe it doesn't matter

I'm follwing my dreams

My heart is ready to burst open

But I don't know is my body can take it

Maybe it doesn't matter

But I'm standing right here

Looking at the sky

And taking some time to think

Again and again

Doubts come bursting through my eyes

Am I really able to walk again?

Time to bring this sunken ship back to shore

Maybe It doesn't matter

But I'm looking for number one

Trying to make my presence feel this time

I want people to believe me when I say I care for them

Maybe it doesn't matter 

But I'm writing this thing

I look out the window

And see hope behing me
